Overview:

PLC control hydraulic teaching equipment is made by the request of the course of Hydraulic Transmission. This equipment can do experiment of the common hydraulic basic control circuits, it also can achieve hydraulic control technology application experiment, Hydraulic technology curriculum design and study of PLC.

Hydraulic components are made by transparent organic materials which is easy for students to learn its structure, performance and application. Also it is equipped with independent relay control unit which is simple and useful for electric control.

This equipment is consist of training table, electrical control component, hydraulic component, special hydraulic pump station and tools.

The table-board is made by T type aluminium profile which is convenient to install and locate. The rack is made of steel with spraying plastics.

the electric control component is modular organized. There is a guide rail which can install seven control modules which can group and expand arbitrarily. standard configuration: power module, PLC module, input module, output module, relay module and extended module.

2. hydraulic component

This equipment is designed with specialized component panel, every component has fixed place. Equipped with two-way cylinder, Spring return oil cylinder, pilot operated check valve, reducing valve, auxiliary tank, pressure relay, jacking cylinder, throttle valve, check valve and sequence valve.

3.Hydraulic experiment pump station

It is equipped with special independent hydraulic experiment pump station with Dc motor stepless speed regulation system. The system has the function of speed limit. It can limit the speed of output maximum velocity. It also equipped with Digital high-precision tachometer which can achieve real-time measurement. With Oil pressure setting function, it can set up safety working voltage of output pressure oil.
